PoliciesReturns Satisfaction is fully guaranteed. I want you and your greyhound to be totally satisfied and comfortable with the garment that has been designed specifically for your greyhound. If I have not achieved that satisfaction with you for any reason, please return the garment and you will be totally refunded of your purchase. Returns will be accepted with 10 days of receipt of order. Customer is responsible for both initial and return shipping costs unless item is damaged in shipping. Items Sized Incorrectly Items are custom-made. If there is a need for alterations, please send us an email within 10 days of receipt of order stating the issues with the merchandise and if you would like a refund, alteration, or store credit. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for both return of items for alteration and back to customer. Payment Types We except MasterCard, American Express, Discovery and E-check via PayPal. If paying by e-check, your order will not ship until payment has cleared. If you prefer to place a phone order Visa and Mastercard are accepted by contacting us at (702) 281-2538. Redeeming Gift Certificates If you are in receipt of a gift certificate, please contact us by email or by phone at (702) 281-2538. At this time gift certificates can only be redeemed through email or phone. You will be requested to give the number of the gift certificate and if there is a balance due after placing the order, we will invoice you through PayPal or if you prefer we will take your Visa or MasterCard information over the phone. Shipping Your order will ship within 14 days of receipt of your order or if paying via e-check, your order will not ship until after payment has cleared plus 14 days. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Rush delivery is available at the Customer’s expense.
